• Uninstall any previous Office versions.
• Don’t forget to remove OneDrive and other Office-related applications.

Note: To ensure that all old Office versions are completely uninstalled, you can use the Microsoft Tool for Simple Bug Fixes. Microsoft provides a detailed guide on how to uninstall all old Office versions, especially if you’ve used Microsoft 365 before. You can find the guide from the link here.

Once you’ve confirmed that no Office applications remain on your system, you’re ready to set up your new Office.

Step 2: Download the New Office Suite

Check the email that contains your product details for links to download the Office suite you have purchased. To start the download:

• Simply click on the provided link in the email.
  (Copy the link and paste it into your internet browser. We recommend that you try it in different browsers.)
• You can also access the installation links by clicking this link.

After clicking the link, start the download process on the page that opens. Click Download > Download anyway

Step 3: Access the Downloaded ZIP File

Once the download is complete, locate the ZIP file in your downloads folder. The installation file will be in this ZIP format. Right-click on the file and select ‘Extract’ to open it.

If your Windows device cannot open the ZIP file, you can install 7-Zip on your device for free over the internet, which will help you open the ZIP file.

Note: You might encounter a warning about potential risks associated with these applications. Please disregard this warning and proceed by choosing the “Open” option. If you have concerns about the file’s safety, rest assured that it has been shared by Microsoft and is verified as safe. 

Step 4: Initiate the Application Installation

Navigate to the folder where you extracted the files and open the installation file to begin setting up the application.

Then, open the Office_2021_Pro_Plus.iso file.

Important Note: Make sure you don’t enter__MACOSX.

After opening the Office_2021_Pro_Plus.iso file, you may receive a message like the one below. Click Open.

Click on the ‘Setup for Office 2021‘ file. Then the installation will start.

Note: Please click on the Setup for Office 2021 option shown with an arrow in the photo below. If you click on other setup options, you may receive an error message.

If you see a notification asking for permission to run the software, please click More info > Run anyway to proceed with the installation.

Step 5: Activate your applications

After the installation is completed, click Close.

Once the installation process is complete, simply open any Microsoft Office application, such as Excel.

At the bottom-left of the application, you’ll find the “Account” section. Click on Account.

Then, click on the “Change Product Key” (or Activate Product) option. 

Enter the 25-character Office Activation product key you received from us.

Then, click “Activate Office.” Your product will be successfully activated at this point.

Congratulations! You’ve now completed the activation process and have permanent access to your Office application.
